Career Evolution

  • Caley began her career in the mid-2000s in brand and print design, developing campaigns and brand systems at a time when digital was just beginning to take shape. Thought Leadership

In addition to her client and leadership work, Caley is deeply engaged in the evolution of design as a discipline. She writes and speaks about the future of design, drawing on her experience across brand, digital, and product to examine how the field is shifting. She thinks critically about the role of design within organizations and how to balance craft, systems, cultural relevance, and commercial durability.

The Work Behind the Work

Beyond her leadership in brand and digital design, Caley maintains a professional art practice from her studio in Gowanus, Brooklyn, where she creates mixed media and acrylic paintings that evolve through layering and revision, carrying their own sense of history.
